Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is an effective talking therapy that focuses on the present and the future, it does not go into your past. It is psychotherapy combined with hypnosis and is based on neuroscience. The Solution Focused approach does not focus on the problem. Instead it focuses on moving you forwards, to enable your brain to reorganise itself and allow you to move towards your goals.
